The Shibaura Cultural Foundation was established in April 2019 with the strong desire of the late Hiroyuki Ohkawa, former president of the Foundation, to somehow support various activities, including music, of people with disabilities. There are many people in the world with disabilities who are struggling to make one’s lives. We will continue to operate this foundation with the hope that we can provide a place where these people, their families, and supporters can come together and engage in various activities, including music. I am sure that there are many things that we have not done well. We would be grateful for your advice and hope to create opportunities for many people to experience the joy of music. Our main stage of activity is the multipurpose hall “Espace Hiro,” where we hold concerts and other events sponsored by the foundation. We would be grateful for your understanding and support of our activities.
